Erasmus+ Brainstorming Session — Braga, September 2025

This event was co-organised by DIGITALSET EU LIMITED as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the European lifelong learning community.

In September 2025, DIGITALSET co-organised a two-day international brainstorming session in Braga, Portugal, bringing together 12 organisations from across Europe to explore and develop new Erasmus+ project ideas in the KA220 and KA210 sectors.

Held on 15th and 16th September 2025, the event was co-chaired by DIGITALSET alongside AEB and ETN, and brought together partners from Iceland, Latvia, Spain, Italy, the UK, France and beyond — representing expertise across adult education, vocational training, school education and higher education.

Over two intensive days, participants worked collaboratively to analyse feedback from the 2025 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals, explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the project writing process, and develop concrete new project ideas using a structured Concept Note methodology. Sessions included group discussions, a "2-minute challenge" where each organisation pitched a project idea, and a speed dating format to identify potential new partnerships.

Key themes addressed included the evolving Erasmus+ evaluation criteria, the importance of needs analysis and logical frameworks, best practices for budget planning, dissemination strategy and long-term project legacy.

The session gave each participating organisation the tools, feedback and connections needed to move forward confidently with their 2026 Erasmus+ applications.
